Danny pursued entertainment later in life when he got on stage to try stand up comedy in his early thirties. Though it was short lived, that experience led to a chain of events that would eventually land him into the world of acting. While working a full time tech job in the publishing industry, he began to book work consistently and hasn't looked back. His career quickly progressed from performing on stage early on, to writing and directing short films; to eventually starring in multiple episodes of television such as "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel", "The Watcher" and "Law and Order", among others.

One of his most notable roles include playing Sal in Ray Romano's directorial debut "Somewhere In Queens" along side Jennifer Esposito and Laurie Metcalf. The film premiered at The 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.
